We lay out custom options for your building and refine them with you until the plan is right. Once you're happy, those options come to you as a written estimate you can accept online.
Deposit and Ordering Your Materials
A 50 percent deposit at signing lets us order your materials. As soon as we know when they'll arrive, we tell you.
Installation Day
We schedule the install once your materials are in. Our crew runs the lighting along your roofline, drilling and working through the attic as your building needs. The display goes up to follow the lines of your home.
Finishing Up and Your Invoice

Can I start with just the front of my house?
Yes. We often quote the front of the house first, with the sides and back as add-ons you can layer in later. We go over those options with you and revise the plan before anything is ordered, so you only commit to what you want now.
What if my home needs more power for the lights?
We check your power at the start of the job. If the display needs more than the building currently supplies, we bring in electrician support to handle it. Added electrical work can affect the price, and we'll walk you through that on your estimate before you decide.
