What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer discounts?
Combining services or staying on a recurring schedule can lower your price. Call and we'll walk through the options with you.
Are your cleaning products safe for my plants?
Yes. We pre-wet and cover your landscaping before every job, then rinse and neutralize when we're done. If you're planning to put in new annuals, hold off until after we've been out, since fresh plantings are the most delicate.
How soon can you come out?
Commercial work can usually be scheduled within two weeks or less. Reach out and we'll give you a realistic timeframe based on the season and what you need done.
What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?
Light rain doesn't stop most washing, so we work right through it. Sealing needs warm, dry weather above about 65 degrees, and exterior window work pauses when temperatures drop below freezing. If the weather affects your job, we reschedule it.
Do you use my water? I have rusty or hard water.
We bring our own water and just top off from your spigot, so we never use enough to leave rust behind. If your water runs dirty, we filter it before it ever touches your home.
