Our Concrete Sealing Process from Start to Finish

Familiarize yourself with our approach to concrete sealing in Fort Wayne and South Michigan, so you know exactly what to expect:

1

Site Review and
Job Prep

First, we review your surface condition virtually or on-site to provide an accurate price. You’ll receive a prep packet advising you to:

  • Move vehicles or furniture.
  • Ensure a water source is available.
  • Close windows and doors.
2

Surface Cleaning and Inspection

Upon arrival, our crew connects to the water source and completes a pre-clean walkthrough. This process entails taking before photos and inspecting your surface for cracks, stains, or problem areas. We then protect nearby plants and landscaping from overspray.

3

Concrete Preparation

Before concrete sealing in Fort Wayne and South Michigan, our technicians pressure wash your concrete to remove grime, algae, or old sealant residue and let it dry fully before applying the sealant.

4

Sealer Application

We spray or roll the concrete sealer on your surface to ensure even coverage. We may use breathable, penetrating, or topical sealer, depending on the surface. Your concrete may get a slip-resistant finish if necessary.

5

Final Touches and Walkthrough

Our crew removes tarps, rinses any overspray, takes after photos, and sends you a completion notice. You’ll receive an invoice with ten-day payment terms and CRM follow-up to confirm your satisfaction.

I do not know the names (or remember) of the two employees that came to our house but they did a good job. We had a stubborn side that they worked and worked on. They told us everything they were going to be cleaning. They also power washed our outdoor chairs under the deck and hit the rails up above. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Frequently Asked Questions

Familiarize yourself with the finer details of our offerings. Common concerns we receive include the following.

A typical sealing job takes anywhere from several hours to a day. It depends on the area’s size and condition.

Absolutely. We did our research and chose products that are not only effective but also safe for both the environment and your loved ones. Your health and the health of our planet are important to us.

Most need resealing every two to three years, depending on factors such as exposure to traffic and the elements.

Yes. We use a specifically formulated product that protects special surfaces while maintaining their visual appeal.

Yes. We provide foundation sealing to protect your area from water damage, flooding, and structural wear.

One way to check is by applying a small amount of water—if it beads up, the concrete has likely been sealed. If it absorbs quickly, it’s probably unsealed or the sealer has broken down. Let us know during the estimate, and we’ll help confirm the condition during our inspection.

Concrete sealing must be done in dry conditions and above a minimum temperature. Rain or cold weather can affect adhesion and curing, so we monitor the forecast and will reschedule if needed to ensure proper results.

That depends on the type of finish you choose—glossy sealers give a wet-look sheen, while matte options offer a more natural appearance. We’ll help you select the right finish during your consultation based on your goals and surface type.

Yes, we can strip most old or failing concrete sealers before resealing. This ensures proper adhesion and a clean, even finish, but may involve additional time and cost depending on the product type and condition.

We recommend occasional rinsing and avoiding harsh chemicals to maintain the sealer’s life. Depending on exposure, resealing every 2–3 years helps preserve appearance and protection. We’ll advise on a maintenance plan tailored to your surface.
